About the job:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the HR Technology partner supporting designated HCM process areas reputed company HR, reputed company, reputed company across the employee lifecycle
• Own multi system knowledges capable to understand how HR Tech addresses business needs primarily reputed company as reputed company HRIS
• reputed company consultation to HR Business Partners and HR COEs, building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, providing solutions and reputed company analysis
• Serve as subject matter expert on reputed company and upcoming system capabilities
• Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use of HR Tech
• Guide AMS Configure, test, validate and implement Business Process changes in reputed company
• Serve as an escalation resource for Tier 2 & 3 issues
