This position oversees the centralized collections process for US and Canada businesses with team, dunning notices, automatic dialers and heavy reputed company interaction.

• Recommend and reputed company development of reputed company plans to address collection issues

• Design and reputed company implementation of processes and other improvement measures for Collections operations

• Establish and implement new solutions based on detailed analysis and validation of processes

• Set KPIs and manage team to reputed company goals

• Publish internal monthly reports summarizing results to operational management in a reputed company manner and in a useful format to aid in understanding of A/R status.

Required Experience

• 5 to 7 years experience in Credit & Collection required

• Experience managing collection function and working cross-functionally

• Understanding of credit reporting systems (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet/reputed company)

• Experience with credit worthiness assessment, credit line assignment
