Position Overview
We are currently hiring hundreds of Customer Service Representatives to join our Pharmacy Benefits Management division in the Las Vegas, NV area. This is a full-time position offering incredible flexibility, career advancement opportunities, and the chance to work from home once you meet our established criteria.
In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our health plan members and their prescription benefits. Your primary responsibility will be to take inbound calls and professionally address questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order pharmacy services. Through your expertise and genuine care, you will help simplify the health care experience for millions of members, ensuring they understand their coverage and can make informed decisions about their health.
Key Responsibilities
- Member Support: Respond to inbound customer calls with empathy, patience, and professionalism while addressing questions about prescription insurance benefits, medication coverage, and pharmacy options
- Insurance Navigation: Explain complex prescription benefit information in clear, understandable terms, helping members maximize their coverage and understand their options
- Problem Resolution: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address member concerns, escalate complex issues when necessary, and ensure satisfactory resolutions
- Mail Order Assistance: Guide members through the mail-order prescription process, explaining how to transfer medications, set up automatic refills, and track orders
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions in our computer systems, maintaining detailed records to ensure continuity of care
- Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and governmental compliance requirements, protecting sensitive member information at all times
- Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about new medications, coverage changes, and policy updates to provide accurate, up-to-date information
- Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, member satisfaction, and productivity standards
Work Environment and Schedule
This position offers a hybrid work model designed to provide flexibility while ensuring you receive comprehensive training and support. Initially, you will be required to complete our intensive 8-week on-site training program at our Las Vegas facility. This training combines hands-on learning, interactive modules, self-paced coursework, and direct engagement with experienced trainers and leadership team members.
Once you successfully complete the training program and meet our Work from Home criteria, you may have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home. To qualify for remote work, you must maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection meeting our technical requirements, possess a dedicated workspace free from distractions and background noise, and demonstrate consistent performance excellence.
Our operating hours span from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM local time, and schedule preferences are considered to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance. As a full-time team member, your days off and specific working hours may vary and will rotate to support business needs. Competitive Pay

Qualifications and Skills
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military environment
- Proficiency in Windows-based computer applications and basic technical skills
- Residence within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends
