Key Responsibilities Include:
- Inbound Call Management: Professionally answer incoming calls from customers and promptly respond to requests regarding installation, disconnection, service changes, and questions about arenaflex products and services.
- Needs Assessment & Product Positioning: Identify customer needs through active listening and proactively offer appropriate arenaflex products and services that enhance their connectivity experience.
- Account Management: Contact customers via phone or written correspondence concerning past due payments, payment arrangements, and account updates with patience and professionalism.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to service quality, billing discrepancies, rate questions, adjustments, and policy matters with accuracy and timeliness.
- Service Order Accuracy: Verify service order completeness and accuracy, making necessary corrections and changes to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Flexible Scheduling: Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by business needs, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to customer availability.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation in our customer relationship management system.
- Product Knowledge Mastery: Continuously develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, services, pricing, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, resolution rates, and sales conversions.

- Professional Experience: Two or more years of relevant experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality industries.
