What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Multi-Channel Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently through phone, email, and chat platforms.   • Flight Information & General Inquiries: Respond to questions about flight schedules, gate information, departure and arrival times, baggage policies, and other travel-related inquiries. You will be expected to stay current on arenaflex policies and procedures to provide accurate answers.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns and issues with empathy and efficiency. Whether it's a cancelled flight, a lost bag, or a scheduling conflict, you will work to find solutions that leave customers satisfied and confident in their choice to fly with arenaflex.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal teams including reservations, operations, baggage services, and management to address complex customer situations that require multi-department coordination.
