Our team is dedicated to delivering a world-class customer experience, and we're committed to upholding our organization's values and effective backing promise. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Statistics Architect, your primary responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business needs * Developing and leveraging knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform * Designing and building robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions * Providing analytical insights and batch/real-time answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels * Offering guidance to improve competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Powering customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and building automation tools * Proactively identifying and automating routine tasks to improve best and efficiency * Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique **Essential and Preferred Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools * Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we prioritize our colleagues' and their loved ones' holistic well-being.
