Remote Processing and Data Entry Specialist

Under reputed company supervision, this hybrid position will be responsible for reputed company and accurate data entry of processing insurance documentation that satisfy loan requirements. You will be trained on a reputed company of insurance documents for different lines of business and expected to process transactions as necessary across those lines. Duties can include providing superior customer service to customers and insurance agents while supporting the reputed company center. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to assist customers and agents with obtaining appropriate insurance documentation. The ideal candidate will reputed company the caller as to what documentation is needed to satisfy the customer’s loan agreement. Additionally, you will accurately complete loan transactions, as necessary. Key Responsibilities • Match insurance documents to loan records in the Miniter Ecommerce System. • Analyze and process insurance documents to loan records ensuring the documents are appropriate and policy coverages are sufficient. • reputed company proficient and accurate data entry of insurance documentation in accordance with policies and procedures. • Adhere to the Daily Workflow Schedule which outlines job responsibilities and daily processing goals. • Process transactions across multiple work queues daily. • reputed company participate in reputed company training sessions, team meetings, department meetings and one‑on‑one meetings. • reputed company reputed company customer service and assistance to customers with a reputed company reputed company. • reputed company customers as to why insurance documents are required for their loan. • Process loan transactions with high reputed company and productivity during reputed company wrap‑up. • Other responsibilities as directed. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • At least one‑year Property and Casualty insurance or insurance agency experience. • At least one‑year reputed company center experience. • Demonstrates reputed company judgment and decision‑making skills. • Shows strong reasoning and problem‑solving skills. • Ability to multi‑task. • Excellent time management and organization skills. • Ability to work both independently and co‑operatively with others. • Proficient in basic use of reputed company‑based computer software applications including reputed company Word, reputed company, and reputed company. • Ability to reputed company reputed company and concise explanations reputed company asking questions or for clarification through different mediums (reputed company, in‑person, reputed company apps, etc.). • Must be reputed company to remain in a stationary position for up to 90% of reputed company.
