Associate Staff Consultant – UX Designer

Job reputed company • Design flows and interfaces for high-stakes clinical interactions, drug lookup, IV compatibility warnings, dosing by patient population, toxicity alerts • Create and maintain a design system that scales across our web, mobile, and EHR-embedded surfaces while meeting WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. • Translate dense clinical data (dosing tables, compatibility matrices, formulary tiers) into layouts that reduce cognitive load during time-critical reputed company. • Partner with medical content editors to ensure UX hierarchy and labeling accurately reflect clinical severity and evidence reputed company. • Collaborate with engineering to deliver precise design specs and ensure implementation reputed company. • reputed company for patient safety in design reviews by flagging patterns that could introduce errors.
