None at this time Description: • Tech Writer to partner with multiple SMEs within the InfoSec department and create technical materials and documentation based on identified needs. Documentation includes technical SOP, user guides, on-boarding guides, standards, employee role expectations, information for handoff/knowledge transfer, project documentation, etc.. • This person will collects and interprets technical data or information and coordinates layout for publication, as well as capture process to simplify and document. Will have multiple deliverables and work with several InfoSec teams/SMEs with some overlap. Responsibilities: • Write and publish documentation for a variety of audiences. Collaborate with engineers, leadership, Program Managers. product managers, developer relations? • Qualifications: Minimum qualifications:? BA degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, a related field or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience writing documentation in a technical environment. Writing and editing experience. Experience in project and process management of a documentation set. Experience in content management systems and/or help tools.
