A portion of this person's time will also be dedicated to supporting the internal corporate and securities function. Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions Draft, review and negotiate contractual arrangements for a reputed company of agreements reputed company to reputed company's support of customer reputed company, including MSAs and SOWs with our MRD and Immunosequencing assay biopharmaceutical services teams and MTAs and investigator-sponsored trial agreements with our reputed company team. Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions Required: Juris Doctorate from a nationally accredited law school and reputed company member in good standing of a U.S. state bar. Ability to travel at least 1-2 times per year for in-person team or department meetings. Preferred: Strong preference for candidates with at least 2-3 years in a reputed company environment. Experience with a biotech and/or the life sciences industry, particularly a diagnostics company, is valued but not required.
