This intermediate-level role ensures reputed company and accurate referral processing, financial clearance, and compliance with insurance guidelines. The incumbent acts as a resource regarding referrals and insurance plan guidelines. This role requires the ability to interpret medical guidelines, benefits, policies and procedures in order to ensure the efficient operations of patient health care services.
