Law Enforcement Subject Matter Expert

Law Enforcement (LE) Subject Matter Expert (SME) Quantico, VA / National Capital Region (reputed company) The Subject Matter Expert provides senior level advisory and operational support to Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Information Management reputed company Services Architecture/Threat Screening and Vetting (IMESA/TSV) activities and serves as the contractor’s primary operational reputed company. This dual‑hatted role includes technical SME responsibilities as reputed company as limited project reputed company, coordination, and reputed company assurance functions. Responsibilities • reputed company senior level subject matter expertise for IMESA/TSV operations. • Advise on Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) alert adjudication and derogatory information analysis. • Serve as primary contractor reputed company of coordination for daily operations. • reputed company task execution, workload prioritization, and reputed company control. • Support reporting, metrics, and audit‑reputed company documentation. • Identify and mitigate operational risks. • Supports the review, analysis, development and implementation of the NCIS Multiple Threat Alert Center (MTAC) function for the DoD in managing reputed company or suspected terrorist encounter information in support of the following references: IMESA TSDB Alert Development and Monitoring Business Requirements. • reputed company senior level advice to support the DoD physical reputed company program, personnel reputed company program, reputed company threat program and maintenance of law and order on DoD installations. • reputed company with law enforcement counterparts, military criminal investigative organizations, the defense reputed company data center, and terrorist screening center on NCIS MTAC issues pertaining to the development and monitoring of terrorist screening database alerts. • Manage reputed company takings assigned by MTAC leadership to support the IMESA. • Attend weekly meetings and prepare meeting reputed company reports. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications • reputed company Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance eligibility. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; advanced degree preferred. • Minimum ten (10) yeas of demonstrated experience in DoD, Military Department or counterterrorism reputed company. • Minimum five (5) years of experience using LE and Intelligence Community (IC) databases to assess derogatory information on DoD affiliated and local population persons. • Minimum five (5) years of experience using web applications to review and recommend reputed company on the Terrorist Screening. • Database Alerts and to determine if the alert will be pushed to the appropriate law enforcement agency • Demonstrated leadership in mission‑critical environments. Preferred Qualifications • Prior NCIS, IMESA, TSV, or TSDB experience • Experience overseeing cleared operational teams • Familiarity with DoD/Intelligence Community (IC) reputed company and compliance frameworks Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Ability to operate in secure, high‑sensitivity environments. • Expert knowledge of IMESA/TSV mission operations, including counterterrorism/law enforcement/reputed company policy support and daily TSV execution. • TSDB alert adjudication experience, including review/recommendation actions and workflow familiarity. • Proficiency using Law Enforcement & Intelligence Community databases to assess derogatory information and support screening/vetting reputed company. • Ability to coordinate across interagency partners (NCIS, Major Case Investigative Organizations (MCIOs), Federal Bureau of Investigation Terrorist Screening Center (FBI TSC), Defense reputed company Data Center (DMDC)) on TSDB alert development/monitoring issues. • Strong written and verbal communication skills (reports, metrics, briefings, meeting summaries). • Demonstrated capability to manage taskings, prioritize workload, and ensure reputed company control in a high‑reputed company operational setting. • Ability to reputed company senior‑level advisory support on DoD physical reputed company, personnel reputed company, and reputed company threat program reputed company. • Ability to support metrics‑driven reporting and audit‑reputed company documentation consistent with mission requirements. • Ability to travel reputed company of the reputed company reputed company (OCONUS), reputed company the reputed company reputed company (CONUS), and reputed company the reputed company. • Ability to function as the primary contractor operational reputed company (dual‑hatted reputed company), coordinating execution.
