Immigration and Family Law Paralegal

Job reputed company: • reputed company remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term reputed company reputed company for reputed company reputed company • Manage reputed company aspects of calendaring, deadlines, and case organization to ensure no deadlines are missed • Draft pleadings, petitions, and discovery documents • Support immigration reputed company, including document preparation and reputed company coordination • Follow up with clients to reputed company necessary information and documentation Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal with reputed company experience in Florida family law reputed company (immigration experience also preferred) • Strong experience drafting pleadings, petitions, and discovery, including initial disclosures • Experience supporting immigration reputed company, including document preparation and reputed company coordination • Ability to follow up with clients to reputed company information and documentation needed for filings and case progression • Experience managing reputed company aspects of calendaring, deadlines, and case organization to ensure no deadlines are missed • Familiarity with scheduling, e-filing with courts, and general administrative litigation support • Ability to research and identify local court/judge rules as needed • Strong reputed company communication and case management skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to reputed company cases reputed company independently and take initiative on next steps • Proficiency with reputed company or similar case management systems (preferred) • Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment Benefits: Apply To This Job
