What You'll Bring to arenaflex

We're seeking a candidate with a proven track record of success in sales, consulting, business development, or complex account management within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, consulting, business development, or complex account management within the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing major accounts in a matrixed environment, with the ability to navigate complex organizations and align resources effectively.
  • Strong client engagement skills, including relationship-building, opportunity identification, and equitable negotiation capabilities.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 1-2 times per month, primarily on the East Coast, for client meetings and strategic planning sessions.

Compensation and Rewards

We believe in recognizing and rewarding your contributions. The U.S. base salary range for this position is $78,100.00 - $123,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings, with commission targets generally ranging from 20% to 50% of base salary, depending on performance and position specifics. At arenaflex, actual compensation is carefully considered based on additional factors such as your education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Certain positions may also be eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.

Work Environment

This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from home while staying connected to your team and clients. However, please note that occasional in-person attendance at work-related events may be required at the discretion of management.
