**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing orders, and meeting their needs in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process special requests, and drive sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. **Essential Functions**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Process orders, credits, and special requests in a timely and accurate manner, meeting customer needs and expectations.
* Follow all applicable standard work procedures, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S guidelines and arenaflex's commitment to quality and excellence.
* Place orders via the custom order entry system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Process credits and specialty item action items for technical orders, meeting customer needs and expectations.
* Process special pricing requests, collaborating with the pricing team to ensure accurate and timely responses.
* Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's product lines, including doors, drawer fronts, glass doors, French lites, drawer boxes, moldings, and accessory items.
* Familiarize yourself with arenaflex's Ready To Assemble (RTA) cabinet line and basic specialty items.
* Learn and master system requirements for custom order entry, CRM, email, shipping, and Anytime.
**Knowledge, Skill, and Experience**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; college graduate preferred.
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer concerns.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and products.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment.
* Familiarity with CRM software and custom order entry systems.
* Basic understanding of wood and Deco-form product lines, including doors, drawer fronts, glass doors, French lites, drawer boxes, moldings, and accessory items.
* Experience with shipping and logistics, including tracking and delivery.
