As a Chat Support Representative, you'll be at the forefront of this effort, providing top-notch customer service and support to our customers across the country. **The Role** As a Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing efficient and productive customer service through our chat platform. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, from product information to shipping and order status updates.
