You'll receive: * 2 hours of video-based onboarding on community guidelines and tools * Live moderation simulation with trainer feedback * First real shift shadowed and scored by moderation lead * Go live in under a week after acceptance **Sample Moderation Shift** Imagine starting your 9 PM–2 AM shift. In the first hour, a conversation starts going off-topic—you post a reminder and redirect the discussion. Later, you flag two spam accounts and remove inappropriate messages. You issue one warning using the platform tools and document the incident.
