As a Virtual Chat Support agent, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal by delivering exceptional support to our customers through real-time messaging. **Key Responsibilities** As a Virtual Chat Support agent, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting customers through live chat on our website, responding to questions and resolving issues related to products, orders, and account-related queries * Following approved scripts and using prewritten responses to ensure consistency and accuracy in your communication * Resolving common support issues, such as re-sending email confirmations or providing tracking updates, and flagging complex issues for senior agents * Using a cloud-based chat platform to manage customer interactions, access internal resources, and track chat summaries and tags * Logging chat summaries and tags after each conversation to ensure accurate tracking and analysis **A Day in the Life** Your shift will begin by logging into the platform and reviewing daily updates or promotions. Once live, you'll start receiving incoming chats from customers, handling one to four conversations at a time, depending on volume and your comfort level. You'll have access to an internal help chat where leads and supervisors are available to support you throughout the day.
