To achieve this, you'll have access to a library of prewritten replies, which you'll use to streamline your workflow and deliver fast, helpful responses.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer chat messages in a timely and accurate manner
* Use templates for fast responses and personalize them slightly to deliver helpful and accurate answers
* Track issues and escalate them when necessary using internal tools
* Keep the customer experience positive by using friendly communication and tone
* Manage up to three customer chats at once using templates, AI text suggestions, and support docs
* Set your own hours and work in shifts that suit your time zone and lifestyle
**What a Workday Looks Like**
As a Live Chat Support Advisor, you'll log in from your device to access the chat platform, where messages come in automatically. You'll have access to a range of tools and resources, including templates, AI text suggestions, and support docs, to help you provide fast and accurate responses. Supervisors will be on standby for real-time coaching and support, and you'll have the flexibility to set your own hours and work in shifts that suit your needs.
**Qualifications**
