What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of our field services team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the daily activities of our extensive technician workforce. Your role requires a unique blend of logistical expertise, customer service acumen, and cross-functional collaboration. Here's what you can expect to tackle on a daily basis:

  • Schedule Management: Plan and coordinate daily activities for a team of 15+ field service technicians, ensuring optimal coverage and efficient routing across multiple service locations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between Field Service Supervisors, customers, and our internal sales teams, maintaining clear and professional communication at all times.
  • Capacity Analysis: Identify gaps in scheduling patterns and provide actionable input on technician capacity, helping the organization maximize productivity while minimizing downtime.
  • Exception Handling: Develop creative solutions to scheduling exceptions, collaborating with various departments to resolve conflicts and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • System Operations: Utilize SAP and other complex systems to support service activities, manage parts ordering, and maintain accurate records of all service-related transactions.
  • Project Support: Assist with project-related work including inventory support, processing returns, and participating in special initiatives as needed.
  • SLA Compliance: Ensure the timely completion of all service calls in accordance with established service level agreements, monitoring performance metrics and addressing any deviations promptly.
  • Issue Resolution: Research and resolve complex ticket scheduling issues using our sophisticated scheduling and dispatch systems.
  • Request Management: Monitor and respond to incoming requests and emails related to special projects, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
