**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients in both Spanish and English, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Assisting customers with inquiries related to property and casualty insurance products, including policy information, claims, and billing.
* Resolving customer complaints and concerns, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of insurance products to find effective solutions.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including follow-up on outstanding issues and updates on customer status.
* Navigating various software systems to access customer information and process requests, including our CRM system and other relevant tools.
* Staying updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting insurance products, ensuring that you're always knowledgeable and up-to-date.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* To be bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
* To be licensed in Property and Casualty insurance in the relevant state(s).
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in both languages.
* Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.
* Experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
**Nice-to-haves**
While not required, the following skills and experiences would be a plus:
* Previous experience in a remote customer service role.
* Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures.
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
