**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance with their transportation needs, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work remotely from the comfort of your own home, using your personal computer and our provided headset, to deliver top-notch support to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information about our services and policies
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
* Enter data accurately and efficiently into our system, ensuring seamless communication with our team

**Qualifications:**
