Our team is dedicated to making a positive impact in our community, and we're excited to have you join us on this journey. **Key Responsibilities** As a Retail Sales and Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming phone calls within the first 2 rings, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly * Acting as a liaison between customers and our team, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of complaints, orders, errors, and other queries * Utilizing computer technology to best assist customers, including verifying order information and resolving customer issues * Informing customers of sales and promotions, and providing solutions, explanations, and options to resolve customer issues * Preparing weekly and monthly reports as assigned, and following up with customers who leave reviews and coordinating manager responses to complaints * Assisting Account Managers as assigned, and communicating effectively with other team members to ensure seamless operations * Assisting with other office duties as needed, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on active listening, adaptability, and problem-solving * Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management * Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service to customers * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field * Familiarity with office software applications, including CRM systems and other technology platforms * Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (although we're a Monday-to-Friday operation, with no weekends!) **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service to customers * Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
