Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airline Customer Service Representatives. This is a remote position where you will assist airline passengers with inquiries, reservations, flight changes, and general travel concerns. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, and chat inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
  • Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, rebookings, and ticket modifications, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Provide information on airline policies, baggage rules, check-in procedures, and flight status updates, ensuring customers are well-informed and satisfied.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with airport and airline staff to ensure smooth operations for passengers, maintaining effective communication and collaboration.
  • Process refunds, vouchers, and travel credits when necessary, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow data protection guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores, demonstrating exceptional service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus), demonstrating a strong foundation in education and learning.
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or airline industry, showcasing a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation platforms, and CRM software, staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Multilingual candidates are a plus (especially Spanish, French, or Mandarin), enhancing communication and service delivery with diverse customer bases.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience (airline or travel industry preferred), demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and industry knowledge.
  • Previous experience working remotely is an advantage, showcasing adaptability and flexibility in a remote work environment.

Working Hours
