Our team is comprised of talented professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional service and making a positive impact. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling inquiries regarding student loans efficiently and accurately, providing clear and concise information to clients and customers. * Performing account updates and providing repayment options within policies and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. * Managing inbound and outbound customer calls while meeting quality assurance and performance indicators, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Assisting customers in completing applications according to department procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * Ensuring the highest levels of privacy and security for clients and customers, adhering to all relevant data protection and confidentiality protocols. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * High School diploma or GED required. * 6 months of contact center or customer service experience in a business environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * 6 months of computer experience in a business environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote). * Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and customers. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. **Nice-to-haves** While not required, the following qualifications and skills would be highly desirable: * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service. * Call Center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * 6 months of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote), with proficiency in using these tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues. **Benefits** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you can expect to enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive compensation of $17.75 per hour. * Health and Welfare payment of $4.41 per hour (capped at 40 hours per week) covering employee-only medical, dental, and vision premiums. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, with training and support to help you achieve your goals. * A dynamic, inclusive work environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and collaboration. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options, to support your work-life balance. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
