**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering product-related questions, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media messages in a professional and courteous manner
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet customer needs
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints and issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience in a call center or similar environment
* Computer skills, including typing and navigation of multiple software programs
* Social media knowledge and experience
* Active listening skills and data entry experience
* Experience working from home or remotely

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
* Competitive salary range: $29,120.00 - $31,200.00 per year (or $14.00 - $15.00 per hour)
