**Your Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries**: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues.
* **Provide excellent customer service through active listening**: Listen attentively to customers, understanding their needs and concerns, and respond accordingly.
* **Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively**: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with care.
* **Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive**: Anticipate and address customer concerns, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
* **Appropriately communicate with customers**: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
* **Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues**: Remain calm and composed when dealing with challenging customer situations, using effective communication skills to resolve issues.
* **Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate**: Know when to escalate customer interactions to ensure effective resolution and minimize the risk of further issues.
* **Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* **Provide feedback on call issues**: Offer constructive feedback on call issues, helping to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
* **Upsell if required**: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services, ensuring customers receive the best possible solutions.

**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
* **High School Diploma or equivalent**: You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this position.
* **Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience**: We're looking for individuals with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role.
* **Must be 18 years of age or older**: You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this position.
* **Ability to type at least 25 words per minute**: You'll need to be able to type at least 25 words per minute to meet the demands of this role.
* **Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems**: Familiarity with desktop computer systems and Windows-based systems is essential for this position.
* **Customer service and/or sales experience preferred**: While not required, customer service and/or sales experience is highly desirable for this role.
* **College degree preferred but not required**: A college degree is preferred but not required for this position.

**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* **Internet Requirements**: A minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps are required.
* **ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms**: Your internet service provider must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
* **Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN**: You cannot use satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN connections for work.
* **Proof of internet speed required**: You'll need to provide proof of your internet speed to ensure compliance with our requirements.
* **Clean and quiet workspace**: You'll need a clean and quiet workspace to ensure a productive and distraction-free environment.
