**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual (English & Spanish) Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:
* **Connecting with Customers**: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
* **Calmly Resolving Issues**: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
* **Escalating Interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
* **Responding to Requests**: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
* **Tracking Call-Related Information**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
* **Providing Feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues.
* **Upselling**: Upsell if required.
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
* **Bilingual (English & Spanish)**: Fluently speak both English and Spanish.
* **Ability to Work Remotely**: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
* **Customer Service Experience**: 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
* **Age**: Over 18 years of age.
* **Typing Speed**: Ability to type 25 wpm.
* **Education**: High School Graduate or GED.
* **Comfort with Desktop Computer System**: Comfort with desktop computer systems.
* **Proven Oral & Written Communication Skills**: Proven oral and written communication skills.
* **Logical Problem-Solving Skills**: Logical problem-solving skills.
* **Ability to Navigate Windows Operating Systems**: Ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
* **Organization and Work Prioritization Skills**: Organization and work prioritization skills.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* **Internet Connection Requirements**: Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 MBPS, minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 10.0 MBPS, ISP must have no packet loss, and Ping under 30MS.
* **Proof of Internet Speed**: Proof of internet speed required.
* **Clean and Quiet Workspace**: Clean and quiet workspace.
