Position Overview: Remote Customer Support Specialist

  • Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, concerns, and issues with empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills. Strive to turn negative experiences into positive ones by listening attentively and finding effective solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including logistics, inventory, and management to ensure timely and comprehensive resolution of complex customer issues. Escalate matters when necessary and follow through to closure.
