Purpose of the Role

You will have the opportunity to lead specialized assessments, conduct comprehensive process analyses, map intricate customer journeys, design mystery shopping programs, and develop innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Transformation Consultant at arenaflex, you will take ownership of critical initiatives that drive our pre-sales engine and client transformation efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate seamlessly with sales and marketing teams to provide comprehensive pre-sales support, including developing compelling solution demonstrations and preparing persuasive proposals that highlight arenaflex's unique value proposition.
  • Specialized Assessment Design: Lead and design customized assessments that uncover pain points, identify opportunities, and reveal hidden potential within prospects' targeted processes, functions, or customer journeys. Your insights will be crucial in shaping winning proposals.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Conduct detailed and nuanced customer journey mapping exercises to identify critical touchpoints, pinpoint opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations across people, process, and technology dimensions.
  • CX Evaluation Programs: Design and execute sophisticated CX and mystery shopping initiatives that rigorously assess and continuously improve the customer experience across all interaction channels.
  • Insight Generation: Analyze comprehensive customer feedback data, generate meaningful insights, and recommend strategic improvements or innovations aligned with arenaflex's diverse service and product offerings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to benchmark existing client and prospect practices, evaluate customer experience strategies, and assess operating models. Provide actionable insights and identify opportunities for transformative improvement.
  • Workshop Leadership: Lead engaging workshops and co-innovation sessions with clients and prospects to surface opportunities for improvement and deliver recommended actions precisely aligned with targeted business objectives.
  • Solutions Narrative Development: Assist in the creation and development of compelling transformation and solutions narratives designed to resonate with targeted clients and prospects.
  • Client-Facing Consulting: Deliver client-facing consulting engagements and assessments independently, building trusted advisor relationships that drive long-term partnership value.
  • Target Achievement: Assist in achieving regional and global departmental targets related to benefit realization and measurable business outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must bring a robust combination of education, experience, and demonstrated competencies:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a closely related field is required.
  • Extensive Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in customer experience management, process improvement, and consulting, including roles specifically focused on customer journey mapping and strategic pre-sales support.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. You must be comfortable working with complex datasets and translating quantitative insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
