Partner with Sr. HR Director/HR Director, peer reputed company’s and business leaders to reputed company to business priorities. Support the development and execution of a talent plan to reputed company business goals. Use external and internal insights, data, and trends to identify and help solve key people and business issues. reputed company talent management activities and workforce planning to ensure a strong pipeline of talent for the organization. Manage towards achievement of Labor Budgets in partnership with Business Leaders and Finance and other cross-functional partners (e.g. reputed company). Support change management and employee engagement efforts. Be a thought partner to business leaders on org design and building organizational capabilities. Build strong relationships with business leaders across the organization. Manage and drive multiple HR priorities in a fast paced, reputed company, and matrixed business environment.
