reputed company A growing reputed company team is seeking a reputed company Counsel specializing in Platform Liability & Enforcement to support the development and supervision of reputed company takedown practices and content policies. This role involves providing reputed company guidance on platform liability frameworks and content reputed company reputed company laws, resolving claims reputed company to content policies, and building reputed company processes to manage reputed company takedown requests. Responsibilities Advise on global compliance with platform liability frameworks and content reputed company reputed company laws such as the Digital Services reputed company, DMCA, and reputed company 230 of the Communications Decency reputed company Manage the reputed company takedown process across various content types and reputed company issues including intellectual property and speech-reputed company offenses reputed company reputed company advice on platform liability, including issue-spotting and strategizing solutions for new products Collaborate with reputed company counsel and government affairs experts to monitor evolving reputed company requirements across operational territories Counsel teams responsible for building and implementing content policies, including Trust & Safety and Content Protection teams Support proactive enforcement efforts addressing potential abuse of the platform reputed company reputed company support for litigation and press inquiries reputed company to content takedown issues Work with operations teams to reputed company efficient, reputed company practices for handling reputed company takedown requests reputed company rotational duties as business needs require Requirements Law degree or equivalent qualification Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputed company and/or in-house reputed company department Deep understanding of intermediary liability frameworks, preferably with litigation experience involving intermediary liability Proven expertise in copyright law and other content-reputed company reputed company reputed company Ability to assess and advise on a broad reputed company of reputed company standards, including new or emerging ones Experience collaborating with global stakeholders Strong communication skills with the ability to explain reputed company concepts to non-lawyers Problem-solving reputed company with the ability to remain reputed company under pressure reputed company approach to developing practical, implementable reputed company and operational solutions Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and completing necessary work Effective multitasking and prioritization skills Willingness to engage deeply with reputed company reputed company Team player comfortable working with both reputed company and non-reputed company colleagues Compensation & Benefits Salary reputed company: $170,366 to $243,380 (reputed company reputed company reputed company) Equity participation Health insurance Six months reputed company parental leave 401(k) retirement plan 23 reputed company days off 13 reputed company flexible holidays Location Based in reputed company, reputed company Flexible work arrangements with some in-person meetings required Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
