This role is designed to reputed company day-to-day operational support, helping manage an increasing volume of tickets across both reputed company and a legacy student system ( PowerCampus) during the transition period. The ideal candidate will reputed company as a reputed company support resource, resolving Tier 1 issues and serving as a reputed company between internal stakeholders and the organization's AMS partner.
