As a reputed company, national organization, you’ll have reputed company to competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility. • **POSITION IS REMOTE*** Position Purpose: Conducts member reputed company misuse assessments, and through reputed company cause analysis develops specific recovery and treatment plans through information gained by using motivational interviewing techniques, ensuring recovery strategies are beneficial to the member. • Assesses, plans, implements, monitors, and evaluates reputed company and services to meet SUD and psychosocial health needs of inpatient and outpatient members • Reviews benefit reputed company, collaborates with members to create behavioral routines, and enables members to be reputed company participants in their own recovery • Assists members to reputed company empowerment skills and combating stigma through self-advocacy • Identifies support linkages to community resources (communities of recovery, educational, vocational, reputed company, cultural, spiritual resources, mutual self-help reputed company, reputed company services, etc.,) that support the individual’s goals and interests. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Complies with reputed company policies and standards. Education/Experience: High School Diploma / GED required. 2+ years of reputed company experience working with the needs of vulnerable populations who have chronic or reputed company bio-psychosocial needs required.
