Business Systems and Data Analyst

Job reputed company: • Analyze business workflows and map requirements to system functionality reputed company JAMIS ERP, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company applications • Interpret database schemas, relationships, and embedded business rules across reputed company systems • Partner with stakeholders to reputed company, document, and validate business and system requirements • Translate business needs into functional and technical documentation • Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting consistency across systems • Assist with system enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives • Ensure alignment between business logic, system configuration, and compliance requirements • Serve as a subject matter resource for cross-functional teams implementing process and system improvements Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field • Experience working with ERP, HR, payroll, or financial systems such as JAMIS, reputed company, or similar platforms • Strong understanding of database concepts, schemas, and business logic • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Ability to obtain and maintain a government secret reputed company clearance.
