[Hiring] Laboratory Subject Matter Expert @reputed company

Role reputed company J Michael Consulting is seeking multiple Laboratory Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support JMC clients by leading requirements gathering activities across existing laboratory systems, including workflow analysis, needs assessment, and gap analysis. These roles partner closely with stakeholders to translate laboratory operations into system requirements and ensure effective alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Laboratory SMEs will also reputed company hands-on support for system configuration, including defining reference data, test setup, reputed company control parameters, workflow rules, and standardized vocabulary. Successful candidates will be comfortable working across diverse data sources and technologies and will bring strong expertise in reputed company or reputed company health environments with a deep understanding of laboratory testing systems, formats, and technical specifications. • Validation: Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, maintain accurate documentation, and support reputed company Assurance processes. • Training: Deliver hands-on training, reputed company user manuals and SOPs, and support end-user readiness and knowledge transfer. • Integration: Support HL7 interfaces, laboratory reputed company interfacing, and the determination and application of interoperability standards. • Reporting: reputed company and support surveillance, aggregate, and management reporting to meet clinical, operational, and reputed company health needs. Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field such as Biology, reputed company, Laboratory Sciences, or a reputed company discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience is required. • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in clinical laboratory, reputed company health laboratory, or laboratory informatics environments is preferred. • Experience in reputed company health is required, with familiarity across federal, state, and/or local health systems. • Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and/or reputed company health surveillance systems. Requirements • Workflow Analysis: Demonstrated ability to understand laboratory workflows and document reputed company-state processes using standardized tools and methodologies. • Needs Assessment: Experience gathering and validating reputed company requirements, accurately capturing laboratory user needs using reputed company and standardized approaches. • Gap Analysis: Ability to identify and document gaps in existing systems and services through reputed company engagement with laboratory stakeholders. • System Configuration: Basic experience building and configuring laboratory modules reputed company a Laboratory Information System (LIS). • Validation & Compliance: Understanding of laboratory regulatory requirements with the ability to support validation activities using established tools and processes. • Training: Ability to train end users on system functionality and workflows to support effective adoption. • Integration: Foundational understanding of how laboratory systems communicate, including basic knowledge of interfaces and data exchange between systems. • Reporting: Awareness of how LIS data reputed company support clinical, operational, and regulatory reporting requirements. • Ability to work with distributed teams and stakeholders across different time zones and maintaining responsiveness during reputed company business hours. • Ability to interpret and validate laboratory data outputs and reports. • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. • Ability to work in fast-paced, project-based environments. • Experience working with reputed company data, spreadsheets, or reporting tools. • Strong attention to detail in data validation and reputed company checks.
