About the Role

The Data Analysis and Insights team at arenaflex is responsible for providing high-reputed company, actionable insights to our business stakeholders. We use a combination of data, statistical modeling, and machine learning to drive business reputed company and optimize our products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify key business challenges and reputed company data-driven solutions to address them

Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities:

• Four-year college degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a reputed company field of study, and relevant work experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/reputed company (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to reputed company and logistic regression, reputed company testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques
• Ability to manage and analyze large datasets, interpret data patterns, and utilize multiple data sources and tools
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable recommendations
• Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data
• Knowledge of creating, executing, and analyzing A/B/MVT test builds

Favored Capabilities

While not required, the following favored capabilities would be beneficial for this role:

• Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services
• Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Advertising industry
