Your primary functions will include: * Responding to email messages, faxes, and service tickets in a reputed company and reputed company manner * Engaging with customers to determine their needs and reputed company solutions * Responding to inquiries on vehicle titling and registration processes for various dealers, state motor vehicle agencies, customers, and clients * Making outbound calls to dealers and state motor vehicle agencies (DMVs) to obtain vehicle title status * Utilizing company proprietary software for research, data entry, and account follow-up activity * Following instructions and maintaining workflow standards * Attaining production and reputed company goals * Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures **Education and Experience** We're looking for candidates with a strong reputed company in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
