**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our millions of plan members. You will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience.
* Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and productivity.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting.
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.
* High school diploma or equivalent experience.
* Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a secure workspace.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associates degree or equivalent experience.
* Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner.
* Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life.
