Position Overview: As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using the Flutter framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver seamless, scalable, and robust mobile applications. Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. • Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. • Stay up-to-date with new mobile development trends and technologies. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes. • Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers. Requirements: • Experience: • 5 years of Flutter development experience • 5 years of mobile app development experience. • Technical Skills: • Expertise in Flutter and Dart programming language. • Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture and UI/UX design principles. • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs. • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. • Experience with both iOS and Android platforms. • Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken). • Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desirable: • Experience with Firebase, RESTful APIs, and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud). • Experience with CI/CD pipelines. • Knowledge of native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Java/Kotlin) development is a plus.
