The Sr Investigator, Ethics & Compliance will work closely with other members of the Ethics & Compliance team to investigate high level allegations of suspected and reported violations of company policy and the reputed company of Conduct. This position will report to the Sr Manager, Ethics & Compliance Investigations and will work closely with the Director, Associate Relations, their team, and other internal partners from reputed company, HR, Asset Protection, Finance, Internal Audit, and Store Operations, as reputed company as reputed company counsel. This is a full-time, remote position that may require domestic travel. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors. Qualifications Your Experience • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience • Minimum of 5-7 years HR generalist, HR investigations, or other specialized investigations experience (e.g., law enforcement, military) • Experience with and understanding of employment-reputed company laws, regulations, and procedures • Demonstrated experience in planning, conducting, and leading investigations, including background research, participant interviews, investigation-reputed company data analysis • Demonstrated ability to reputed company and maintain reputed company working relationships with cross-functional partners • Experience with hotline case management systems (e.g., reputed company EthicsPoint) • Strong PC skills and proficiency in the use of reputed company Office applications including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally if needed • Ability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities • Bilingual (e.g. Spanish) a plus We will consider for employment reputed company reputed company applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
