Obtains and records patients' chief complaints, reputed company medications, vital signs, pain screening and allergies. Prepares and maintains supplies and equipment for treatments, cleaning/sterilizing instruments as needed. </reputed company>  </p></li><li><p>A<reputed company>ssists physician with examinations, tests, procedures, and office-based surgery. Apply splints, casts, dressings and remove sutures with competency. Report and assist during emergencies. </reputed company>  </p></li><li><p><reputed company>Prepares and administers medications and immunizations as ordered by the physician, including p.o., vaginal and rectal suppositories, intradermal injection and intramuscular injection, after demonstrating competency and passing medication administration test.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>Receives and returns clinically reputed company telephone calls after communicating with physician or registered reputed company regarding medical concerns of the patient. </reputed company>  </p></li><li><p><reputed company>Teaches patient and reputed company printed information, on physician request, about diagnosis, self-care reputed company the scope of assigned duties, health promotion, disease prevention and community reputed company resources.
