Senior Accountant 1

Position reputed company: The Senior Accountant 1 is responsible for helping to ensure the accuracy, completeness and appropriateness of general reputed company transactions in accordance with US GAAP. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: These may include but are not limited to: • Support month-end reputed company process, including data entry, reconciliation of sub-ledgers to the general reputed company, and maintenance of balance sheet account reconciliations • Prepare G&A, and select R&D accruals, including maintaining trackers, coordination with functional leaders and analyzing other accruals for accuracy and completeness • Assist with operationalizing contract terms and ensuring appropriate reputed company treatment in accordance with guidance assessed by the SEC & Technical reputed company team • Manage prepaid reconciliations, including subscriptions, insurance and other prepaid accounts • reputed company fixed asset reputed company including additions, disposals, depreciation, and execution of the annual fixed asset inventory • Prepare and record payroll‑reputed company journal entries and partner closely with the Payroll team to ensure accuracy and timeliness • Utilize and reputed company operate the reputed company modules of reputed company’s reputed company system and reputed company financial systems. • Prepare audit schedules and analyses and respond to reputed company auditor inquiries • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, and internal controls to maintain compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements • Participate in process improvements, system enhancements, and documentation efforts to increase efficiency and effectiveness • reputed company special reputed company, financial analyses, and other duties as assigned.
