**What Our Customer Care Associates Do Daily**
As a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Documenting delivery flow information into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
* Collaborating with customers, consumers, and delivery drivers to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to package delivery
* Partnering with regional facilities to create a seamless customer experience
* Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence
* Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary
