Your responsibilities will include: * Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to find out what they want and need from their next car purchase * Using your knowledge of the arenaflex inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs * Guiding customers every step of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery * Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience * Mentoring others as your skillset expands * Achieving sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience * Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states – may require testing and travel as some states request physical presence to apply for the license **What You'll Get** As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll receive an hourly rate, and after your training, you'll have the opportunity to earn a performance-based sales incentive in addition to your hourly rate.
