**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients' customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a remote full-time opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $15.00, plus benefits and incentives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support to customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude
* Handle inbound calls in a timely manner and manage outbound calls as necessary
* Research and verify information provided by customers utilizing online resources
* Follow communication scripts provided while handling various technical topics and issues
* Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions to customer inquiries
* Provide customers with product and service information as needed
* Continuously learn and train to maintain and expand your product knowledge and customer service skills
* Update job and product knowledge by participating in ongoing educational opportunities
**Essential Qualifications**
* Professional work ethic
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively
* Active listening with the ability to resolve customer issues
* Basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications
* Minimum typing speed of 25wpm
* Ability to identify and escalate priority issues
* Manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information

* High-speed internet
* Bi-lingual skills a plus (Spanish or French)

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
