By mitigating risk within the plan population and focusing on quality care and improved outcomes, arenaflex reduces healthcare expenditures for the plan and plan member. **Key Responsibilities** As a Concierge Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Responding to telephone and email inquiries received from members and providers within defined service standards * Negotiating with providers to gain acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out of network providers * Assisting members with benefits and healthcare questions * Documenting all calls received in system-based call log * Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers * Building relationships with internal and external customers * Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for 2 years of college or higher education * At least one year of experience in customer service or call center experience in a healthcare-related role * Medical intake or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) experience is preferred * Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus * Strong customer relations, interpersonal, and communication skills * Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information * Proficient with Microsoft applications and strong computer skills * Excellent data entry and typing skills * Knowledge of provider organizations and networks * Knowledge and understanding of CMS Medicare reimbursement rates * Ability to effectively negotiate rate structures * Strong analytical and research skills * Medical terminology knowledge * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to multitask and anticipate potential needs/problems **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in claim processing, insurance verification, or pre-certification * Understanding of Self-Funded health benefits * Provider office/facility billing department or financial area experience **Work Environment and Physical Demands** This position is in a typical office/home office environment, requiring prolonged sitting in front of a computer.
