**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing questions about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound calls and respond to questions about pharmacy benefit plans, prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions
* Provide solutions to enhance our members' healthcare experience
* Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or customer service environments
* Proficiency in Windows-based applications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory compliance
