**About the Role**
As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. You'll navigate multiple systems, manage a steady volume of incoming calls, and provide comprehensive solutions to complex healthcare-related issues.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers
- Provide accurate and timely information on insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges
- Utilize multiple systems to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
- Develop and maintain a positive and empathetic tone in all customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's services

**Compensation and Benefits**
The estimated salary range for this role is $16.50/hour.
