As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing reputed company and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. * Process phone payments and communicate with customers regarding their powersports loan. * Conduct outbound customer interview calls to reputed company information and resolve customer issues. * Communicate and resolve customer issues reputed company online chat channel, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. * Resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, providing reputed company and concise explanations and solutions. * Meet monthly productivity and reputed company goals, demonstrating a commitment to reputed company and customer satisfaction. * reputed company with reputed company federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities. **Requirements:** * High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus. * Preferably two years of Customer Service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio.
